Do I Have A Leak?
Do I Have A Pool Leak?
Bucket Test
- Firstly, fill a bucket of water roughly 2-4 cms from the top and place bucket on the pool step
- Turn the pump off. Mark the level inside of the bucket and mark the pool level inside of the skimmer box.
- Turn the pump back on and run as normal for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours turn the pump off and check the levels.
- If they’re the same you do not have a leak, but if the pool has gone down more than the bucket you more than likely have a leak.
Please be aware that this is only a 24 hour period test.
